Patrick Mahomes Says Chiefs ‘Not Done Yet’ After Booking Super Bowl Ticket

Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs cannot be stopped in the postseason.

The reigning world champions booked a second consecutive Super Bowl appearance, and fourth in five years, with a 17-10 win in the AFC Championship Game vs. Baltimore.

Speaking to CBS sideline reporter Tracy Wolfson, Mahomes spoke to the Chiefs' rollercoaster season and what's to come.

"It's been a heck of a year," Mahomes said. "We're not done yet, but this is the way to get there.

"God put a lot of adversity in our way this year and we accepted the challenge, and we're better for it," he said earlier.

Mahomes was 30-for-39, throwing for 241 yards and a touchdown as the Chiefs dominated time of possession -- holding a 15-minute advantage.

The Chiefs will face either the Detroit Lions, in what would be their first Super Bowl, or the San Francisco 49ers -- which would be a rematch of Super Bowl LIV.
